Flower Full Moon Self Care Guide

The Flower Full Moon is a powerful time while the world returns to abundance, warmth, and life. This time is a wonderful reminder that no matter what is going on in the world, year after year nature stays its course. We've created this self care guide to help you kick-start your Flower Full Moon Rituals! This year the Flower Full Moon is on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 6:45AM ET.

*Practice Meditation. Envision yourself walking through an endless field of blooming flowers to help you find that which is blossoming inside yourself.

*Drink tea made from your favorite edible flowers.

*Take a cleansing, ritual bath with flowers floating in the water.

*Use essential oils, such as geranium and ylang ylang.

*Decorate your altar with a pink cloth, flowers, rose quartz and other symbols of springtime.

*Draw or press flowers in a journal and write about what each means to you.

*Pick some flowers and arrange a bouquet. Feel the stems and petals on your skin.Walk or dance barefoot outside on the earth.
